The project operates as a private initiative and is not a legal entity until registration.
The activity is carried out in accordance with EU and Czech law, which allows individuals to provide information society services in the absence of:

- spa and treatment services
- transport
- tourist activities in Mariánské Lázně / Marienbad
The project is not an intermediary, does not forward messages, does not organize bookings and does not participate in communication between the user and the company.
The website does not allow user-generated content (UGC).
The website does not use algorithmic recommendations, personalized content or user profiling.
Content and copyright
All materials on the website, including texts, photos and graphic elements:
- are created manually by the project team
- belong to Marienbad Info Catalog
- do not include third-party materials without permission
If a hotel, restaurant or other company voluntarily provides photos or text materials, they may be published on the basis of explicit consent from the content owner, including consent expressed in electronic correspondence: email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
